    A subsidiary of Warren Buffet’s Berkshire Hathaway, our business is rapidly expanding, and we are searching for dedicated workers to fill a variety of positions. GUARD Insurance is currently seeking a Central Region Manager who are interested in working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


    The Central Region Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of sales goals, appointing agents, and marketing GUARD Insurance Group products and developing territories within Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Illinois, North Dakota, South Dakota, Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.


    The Central Region Manager will oversee a team of 9 Field Sales Representatives.


    Qualified candidates will possess a strong knowledge of the entire Central Region territory, market conditions, competitor products and agency network. Also, a strong technical expertise in marketing Workers Compensation, BOP, Commercial Auto and Umbrella would be beneficial.



    The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and have excellent technical skills, including knowledge and experience working with a variety of computer programs. This position requires frequent travel by both car and air. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
