We are seeking a Senior Field/Marketing Representative for our North Bay, East Bay, San Francisco and South Bay Territory. This person will be responsible for appointing independent agents to represent the company, monitoring agency performance goals, educating agents about our products and services, and seeking new and unique opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

Qualified candidates must possess a strong background in commercial insurance with a particular emphasis on Workers’ Compensation, BOP and Commercial Auto coverage.  (Experience with Homeowners, Professional Liability is also beneficial).   Keen knowledge of the P&C marketplace is required, including competitive intelligence and a good familiarity with the independent agency network serving the state. 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must be able to work independently (typically from home) and be willing to travel frequently throughout the territory. 

 

He/she should have excellent organization skills and be comfortable working with Windows Office and other basic computer programs.   A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.  

Salary: $100,000-$130,000 plus bonus (Starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience).
