Responsibilities

Supervise and oversee a team of 8 employees processing policy renewals, midterm reviews, and policy holder and agent policy endorsements from our home office location in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The supervisor will also be responsible for managing the daily workflow, including assigning tasks, monitoring productivity, and ensuring adherence to deadlines. Additionally, they will provide new hire and specific procedural training, conduct targeted desk audits, address minor escalation issues, act as a liaison between the manager and team for system issues and procedural review/changes, and conduct quarterly file audits to ensure compliance and quality assurance.

Qualifications

Candidates should have strong leadership and supervisory skills, excellent communication and computer skills, proficiency in using the Internet as a research tool, ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong team player mindset.
