The Distribution Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for engaging and delivering on a diverse range of projects and initiatives with the distribution sector. Reporting to the distribution leadership, the role will involve supporting and building out data resource's, ensuring coordination with GUARD data and analysis teams.

• Engage and deliver on a wide range of projects and initiatives driven by the distribution leadership
• Support the build-out of data resources in coordination with GUARD’s data and analytics teams
• Assist with a diverse array of projects related to the build-out of GUARD’s E&S resources and capabilities
• Assist with the updating and management of E&S form inventory
• Assist as needed with compiling and analyzing broker/partner performance information
• Create and update collateral for broker meetings
• Aide underwriting teams as needed with evaluating new business opportunities for programs, delegated authority and single risk E&S
• Serve as an extended resource for the VP of Partner Performance Management, filling in at meetings and events when schedule conflicts arise
• Develop professional interests and use role as a launching pad into new organizational opportunities

• Proficient in full MS Suite, specifically skilled at Excel
• Diverse range of experience accepted
• Insurance background preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
