The TPA Oversight Adjuster is responsible for conducting office investigations and adjusting Commercial and Homeowner liability claims. The Program Oversight Adjuster is also responsible for, but not limited to:

• Overseeing select TPAs who handle 3^rd party liability claims
• Working with Internal Parties and TPAs on data exchange
• Providing direction to the TPAs
• Daily contact with TPAs regarding claims handling
• Performing Audits of Programs and TPAs
• Maintaining all workflow tasks in a timely manner

• 10 plus years of adjusting experience particularly in adjusting liability claims in the E&S space
• Looking for candidates that are computer literate with strong Microsoft Office capabilities required
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required
• Candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills
• The aptitude to grasp medical and legal terminology
