Responsibilities

We are seeking an AVP of Digital Insurance Integrations who will be instrumental in driving digital transformation across our distribution channels. This individual will lead the charge in identifying opportunities, developing and implementing technology solutions such as APIs, and optimizing integrations to support our business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with our distribution leaders, identify market opportunities to digitally integrate with new and existing distribution partners, and evaluate and prioritize them based on strategic value
  • Serve as the business sponsor for the development and implementation of integration technologies, such as APIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure successful execution of technology builds
  • Monitor integration performance post-implementation, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing partners, identifying opportunities for API integrations to improve business processes.
  • Act as a key point of contact between partners and internal teams to ensure APIs meet business objectives and performance expectations.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in digital integration within insurance distribution, with a proven track record of managing technology-driven initiatives in the industry.
  • Demonstrated experience with API integrations and performance monitoring, along with a strong understanding of integration optimization.
  • Familiarity with insurance distribution trading partners and opportunities within the marketplace.
  • Proven ability to manage and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners for successful project outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and drive collaboration.
