Responsibilities

As a Collaboration Support Analyst on our Technology Services Team, you will be providing technical support for audiovisual equipment in all Conference Rooms, Collaboration Rooms, and other venues on-premises in Wilkes-Barre and remotely at each of our field office locations in the United States. Travel to the Field Office destinations is prerequisite for the position. Additionally, configuration and support of the company telephony and communication platforms is a requirement for the role.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Configuring and installing audio and video equipment, including microphones, amplifiers, speakers, mixers, projectors, video cameras, and computers.
  • Setting up, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining audiovisual systems for company meetings and events.
  • Handling sound and video equipment during live events.
  • Troubleshooting any technology issues that might occur during events.
  • Configuring business phones for the enterprise including but not limited to Voicemail, Hunt Groups, Call Recording, and Metric Reporting.
  • Acquisition and setting up mobile phones on the Corporate Mobile Plan.
  • Setting up and installing media equipment such as LCD projectors, speakers, TVs, video monitors, and cameras.
  • Completing programming, and basic construction surrounding audiovisual initiatives.
  • Providing technical support for audiovisual equipment in classrooms, auditoriums, and other venues.
  • Interfacing with other teams throughout the organization, including Executive Management, to provide technical AV support for presenting company initiatives to the organization.
  • Research new audiovisual service/application offerings, obtains price quotes, and creates comparative assessment reports for evaluating potential new solutions.
  • Preparing and documenting standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience with varied Meeting and Live Event platform tools and services.
  • Experience with but not limited to Microsoft Teams Meetings, Teams Rooms, and Live Events; WebEx, Zoom, OBS as well as Sure microphone audio systems.
  • 2 years of Cloud Phone System experience desired including but not limited to RingCentral EX, Teams Phone and Nice InContact.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills relating to resolving systems issues and investigating audiovisual related issues or events.
  • Basic understanding of IP networking principles.
  • Experience with CAT5/6 physical cabling and connections and ability to run / terminate new network cabling if needed.
  • Knowledge of and experience with cloud streaming platforms and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote company initiatives.
  • Capability to provide after-hours support to identify and resolve issues relating to accessing corporate IT-managed resources.
  • Travel within the United States is a requirement.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of the physical work requirements.
