Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned Agile Coach to lead the adoption and continuous improvement of agile methodologies across teams and departments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in agile frameworks, a passion for coaching and mentoring, and a proven track record of driving cultural and organizational change.   This role will be pivotal in driving our platform's evolution, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.), and best practices.
  • Facilitate agile workshops, and training sessions to build agile capabilities across the organization.
  • Assess current agile maturity levels and develop tailored coaching plans to improve team performance and delivery.
  • Support the implementation of scaled agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Spotify model) where appropriate.
  • Act as a change agent to foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align agile practices with business goals and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on agile tools and metrics to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and measure success.
  • Mentor and support Scrum Masters and Agile Champions in their professional development.
  • Mentor and support the agile teams in their agile maturity.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

  • Exceptional Communication (Oral, Written, and Presentation) skills amplified by a “Get it Done” attitude supported through the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
  • Proactive, self-starter with the balance of technical knowledge and insurance business acumen is required.
  • Established background in launching software or services in partnership with development teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principles is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management and/or development or relevant experience.
  • Proven experience coaching cross-functional teams and influencing at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong facilitation, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience in an agile transformation across an organization is required.
