Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to join our team. This role is essential in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, enabling data-informed decision-making, and supporting the successful delivery of projects across the organization. You will help shape the evolution of our platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  • Support project planning, execution, and delivery by working closely with cross-functional teams including IT, product, operations, and finance.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor business performance.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.

Work Arrangement

The successful candidate is expected to work in one of our offices three days per week and be available for occasional travel, with flexibility based on project needs.

 

Salary Range
$51,906.60 - $118,355.60

The annual base salary range posted represents a broad range of salaries around the U.S. and is subject to many factors including but not limited to credentials, education, experience, geographic location, job responsibilities, performance, skills and/or training.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills (oral, written, and presentation) with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment.
  • Highly organized and accountable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative and a results-driven mindset, balanced with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience launching software or services in partnership with development teams; familiarity with Agile principles and iterative development is a plus.
  • Proficiency in business process modeling, data analysis, and requirements gathering.
  • Technical knowledge and familiarity with insurance business processes preferred; candidates with strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
