Responsibilities

Are you a detail-oriented claims professional with a passion for fair and efficient resolution? Join our dynamic P&C Claims team as a Liability Adjuster – Property Damage and play a key role in delivering exceptional service and sound claim outcomes.

 

As a Liability Adjuster, you’ll investigate, evaluate, and resolve third-party property damage claims. You’ll assess liability, determine coverage, review repair estimates, and negotiate settlements—all while upholding our commitment to integrity and customer satisfaction.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Manage a caseload of liability claims involving third-party property damage.
  • Conduct thorough investigations, including interviews and virtual scene inspections.
  • Analyze policy language and legal principles to determine liability and coverage.
  • Review repair estimates and negotiate fair settlements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, defense counsel, and vendors.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.

Salary Range

$55,000.00 - $95,000.00 USD per year

The successful candidate is expected to work in one of our offices 3 days per week and also be available for travel as required.

The annual base salary range posted represents a broad range of salaries around the U.S. and is subject to many factors including but not limited to credentials, education, experience, geographic location, job responsibilities, performance, skills and/or training.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • 5-7 years of experience handling liability claims involving property damage
  • An active adjuster license is required and must be maintained throughout employment
  • Strong knowledge of P&C Claims and legal frameworks
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in claims systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in claims, insurance, or a related field
  • Experience in a multi-jurisdictional claims environment
