Our Data & Analytics (DnA) organization is at the heart of transforming how we assess risk, serve customers, and shape the future of insurance. We’re seeking a VP of Data & Analytics Product Delivery to lead the execution of our most strategic data initiatives.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on turning vision into reality, empowering technical teams, and delivering enterprise-scale solutions with precision and purpose.

What You’ll Do

• Lead delivery across multiple data domains—ensuring solutions are built, tested, and launched on time and to spec.
• Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and embed agile discipline across teams.
• Mentor and grow teams of Architects, Engineers, QA Specialists, and Scrum Masters.
• Partner with Product Management to translate priorities into executable delivery plans.
• Provide visibility across domains and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a servant leader—empowering teams while maintaining delivery structure.

Salary Range

$165,000-$260,000.00 USD with performance based bonus potential

The successful candidate is expected to work in one of our offices 3 days per week and also be available for travel as required.

The annual base salary range posted represents a broad range of salaries around the U.S. and is subject to many factors including but not limited to credentials, education, experience, geographic location, job responsibilities, performance, skills and/or training.

• 8+ years in data, analytics, or AI engineering
• 4+ years in senior technical leadership
• Proven success in enterprise-scale delivery
• Deep expertise in cloud data platforms, BI, AI/ML
• Strong mentoring and communication skills
• Insurance industry experience preferred
• Bonus: Experience with data product or AI product delivery and data mesh models
