We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Underwriter to join our Programs team. In this role, you will serve as the lead underwriter and owner of key programs, responsible
for relationship management, portfolio management, underwriting referrals, and audits to drive a profitable book of business. The ideal candidate will bring 5 to 7 years of experience in property and casualty underwriting, including BOP/Commercial Package and Commercial Auto, with specific experience in professional liability. You will work closely with senior management to assess new program opportunities and ensure that existing programs adhere to underwriting guidelines. This is a pivotal role in supporting the continued growth and profitability of our programs business. The annual base salary range posted represents a broad range of salaries around the U.S. and is subject to many factors including but not limited to credentials, education, experience, geographic location, job responsibilities, performance, skills and/or training.
The successful candidate is expected to work in one of our offices 3 days per week and also be available for travel as required.
