Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes? We are seeking a motivated Nurse Case Manager to join our dynamic team and help support injured workers through high‑quality, cost‑effective care management.

As a Nurse Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating care, guiding treatment plans, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for injured workers. Your clinical expertise, communication skills, and ability to manage complex cases will directly influence the success of our claims and the well‑being of the individuals we serve.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate care and guide injured workers through the treatment process
  • Communicate regularly with medical providers and document clinical updates
  • Facilitate timely and appropriate return‑to‑work plans
  • Assign field case managers and manage hospital discharge planning
  • Monitor treatment progress and intervene when cases need additional support
  • Serve as a medical resource to claims adjusters
  • Review and process pharmacy prior authorization requests in ScriptAdvisor

Qualifications

  • Active RN license
  • 2+ years of clinical experience (case management, rehab, ortho, or utilization review preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage a fast‑paced caseload
  • Excellent time‑management, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
