Berkshire Hathaway GUARD Insurance Companies is looking for an Intern to support our Agency Services Department who’s eager to learn, motivated to contribute, and excited to make an impact.

Agency Services serves as the central point of contact for agents, handling policy servicing, data accuracy, system updates, and customer support throughout the policy lifecycle. The department plays a key role in delivering fast, accurate, and professional service - helping agents focus on selling while GUARD maintains operational excellence. As an intern, you’ll work closely with experienced professionals and play an active role in supporting day‑to‑day operations.

What You’ll Do

• Support our Agency Services team with day‑to‑day administrative and clerical tasks
• Perform accurate and efficient data and lead entry
• Answer phones and provide professional, friendly support
• Play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly
