Are you passionate about people, curious about how workplaces really work, and eager to gain hands-on HR experience? Join our Human Resources team as an Intern and get an inside look at how HR supports employees, drives culture, and ensures compliance in a dynamic organization.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated student who wants real-world exposure to HR operations, employment law, and employee engagement initiatives.

What You’ll Do

As an HR Intern, you’ll work closely with the HR team on meaningful projects that make an impact. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and monitoring the official HR inbox, responding to routine inquiries and escalating as appropriate
  • Supporting HR project work focused on process improvements, policies, and documentation
  • Assisting with the creation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and internal resources
  • Supporting leave of absence communications and related employee materials
  • Assisting with compliance and legal updates, including research and documentation support
  • Helping coordinate and promote employee engagement, wellness, and culture initiatives
  • Providing general administrative and operational support to the HR team as needed

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate degree program in Human Resources, Employment Law, or a related discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
