What You’ll Do

As an HR Intern, you’ll work closely with the HR team on meaningful projects that make an impact. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and monitoring the official HR inbox, responding to routine inquiries and escalating as appropriate
  • Supporting HR project work focused on process improvements, policies, and documentation
  • Assisting with the creation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and internal resources
  • Supporting leave of absence communications and related employee materials
  • Assisting with compliance and legal updates, including research and documentation support
  • Helping coordinate and promote employee engagement, wellness, and culture initiatives
  • Providing general administrative and operational support to the HR team as needed

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate degree program in Human Resources, Employment Law, or a related discipline.

  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
