Responsibilities

Are you highly organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn how a service operations team keeps a business running smoothly?

 

As a Service Operations Intern, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that supports daily workflows and delivers excellent service across the organization. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to business operations while developing strong administrative, analytical, and customer service skills.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Support daily workflow activities and operational processes
  • Assist with running and tracking loss run requests and related documentation
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Word to update reports, spreadsheets, and records
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and external contacts
  • Help ensure accuracy, organization, and timely completion of tasks
  • Juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, service‑focused environment
