We are seeking a Claims Intern to support critical departmental functions while gaining exposure to real-world processes within the insurance industry from June 1, 2026 - August 7, 2026. 

In this position, you will provide support for high exposure and litigated work injury claims including:

• Review claim files for coding accuracy and data integrity
• Analyze prior and subsequent loss history to identify potential fraud indicators or mitigation opportunities
• Assist with reserve adequacy reviews under supervision of claims leadership
• Participate in experimental and pilot use of AI tools within the claims process
• Gain hands-on experience across multiple lines of business within Claims, as workload and projects allow

• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Strong reading and writing skills for summarizing medical reports and legal updates
• The ideal candidate is inquisitive and able to think critically
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred but not required
• Perfect opportunity for college students pursuing Criminal Justice or a similar field of study
